Refund policy

At Kathryn BeautyCo, we are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. A product is considered faulty if it:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it.

  • Is unsafe.

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

How to Make a Claim

To request a refund, repair, or replacement for a faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at kathryn.beautyco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and any supporting photos or videos.

  3. Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. These will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Only if the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping unless stated other wise.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
